Welcome to Continental Manor Our community, which is nestled in the heart of the Hudson River Valley, is located in New Windsor, New York. Comprised of 258 units, Continental Manor II (CMII) represents one of the largest condominium communities in our area. We are located about one hour north of New York City, and are within minutes of shopping, dining and all major routes of transportation, including Stewart International Airport. CMII is also located next to the historical New Windsor Cantonment site, which was the final encampment for George Washington and his army. In addition, CMII is a short drive to the Hudson River, where one can enjoy dining and entertainment, as well as recreational water sports.

Continental Manor Condominiums are primarily owner occupied single family units and this is NOT an apartment complex. A few owners lease out their units on a yearly basis and generally use a Real Estate Company to advertise their availability.  The Board of Managers will not respond to requests to lease or rent units within the complex. The Board of Managers strictly enforce By-Laws and Rules and Regulations for the complex.
